My name is Jeff Bond, and I am a licensed Industrial Engineer, licensed general building contractor, and listed Soft Story & Earthquake Brace & Bolt (EBB) specialist. I’ve been immersed in Cal Poly’s legendary “Learn by Doing” philosophy since 1986, and I have been actively inspecting properties on the front lines since 1989.

I choose to stay in the field—physically crawling the crawlspaces, climbing the roofs, and digging into the infrastructure of thousands of residential, multifamily, and commercial properties across the San Francisco Bay Area.
